Spurious Javascript when viewing page source?

Reply with quote Hi,

I've just noticed that when I view a page's source in Firefox - using the Web Developer Toolbar - the following code shows at the top of the page. I know for a fact it's not in the original document...does anyone know how it gets there and what its purpose is?Confused

Code:
<script src="http://1.2.3.4/bmi-int-js/bmi.js" language="javascript"></script>

Cheers!
Reply with quote Looks like it could be put there by some software on your computer, managing your internet connection, to reduce image size on pages and thereby increase download speed.
