I am newbie and have a travel site can any body tell me information on blogs
creating blogs, and some tips on how to promote my travel site and getting A better PR

We're mainly interested in web accessibility here so not sure how much help you'll get on those other topics but I can assure you that any efforts you make to improve your site's accessibility will have a positive impact on the general usability of your site, probably improving its search rankings too.

We also have quite a firm 'execution' policy on users who behave in a spammy way. If you're interested in web accessibility, then we might well be able to help you. If you aren't, you'd be better off looking elsewhere...
