Google+ has been awesome for me. For me, it's a great way to promote business especially those that have sites. I think Google+ will have an awesome future in the field of social networking.

I recently created my Google+ account.
I like what they are doing so far, with the whole circles system, quite innovative.
What sucks however is that absolutely no one I know is using it, besides 1 or 2 business partners. Only time will tell if it will increase in popularity or not. But so far by the looks of it, Google might have a chance of becoming one of the bigger social networks.

Yes I also have an account on google+, though I hardly use it. Mostly I'm on facebook and twitter.
And regarding circles, I do not think it is that innovative to beat facebook. Circles are just normal thing.
If they want to beat facebook, they would have to come up with a very innovative idea.

I'm trying to cope up with Google+. For now I'm not so used to it, but soon I will be. Its kinda challenging to surf through it.

Google + is not designed to be a FB replacement it is much more than that.
For example you can do search in Google + that you cannot do in FB. This means posts are more evergreen rather than just a day or so in FB.
Google+ also has hangouts, which for something free are awesome. Video Conferencing for free, with screenshare ability.
If you do google hangouts on air also auto saves to You Tube. What a quick, free way to make videos...
Apparently 0.5 million people now use G+, so it is building...

I hate it because it automaticly links my google account to my youtube channel and i can't remove it.
