Reply with quote Tommy (Toolman) has been heralded as the "New Face of Accessibility". A massive PR campaign must ensue so that we can get him to his rightful position in the world. Contribute artwork by using the template files below. Best one wins a copy of "MS Frontpage - Pah to Accessibility" and a signed tshirt from Toolman Wink

Description of above image: "Spoof Time Magazine front cover, with photograph of Toolman, and headline declaring 'Toolman: The New Face Of Accessibility', with sub heading 'Special: Nielsen seriously injured in fight with Zeldman'".

Photoshop 6 file (about 1.3Mb) here:

or the blank jpeg canvas (about 120Kb) here:

If anyone has problems hosting images or adding the code to their thread, email me. I can post images on my server as needed.

Toolman on big video screen advert in London:

"TOOLman: willing to be speared in the eye by a London lamp post for a good cause..."

Reply with quote LOL Very Happy

Perhaps we should scrap WCAG, and replace Botchfire's Bobby with the new Toolman Testing System?

Priority Level A: May mention Jeeps.
Priority Level AA: Must mention Jeeps.
Priority Level AAA: Must mention Jeeps and allude to frozen vodka.

Vodka? Question
I prefer Islay whisky, myself. Rolling Eyes

Re: the TOOLman Tested logo – I wonder if I can persuade my colleagues to use that on our new office web site? Laughing

Reply with quote I like the way Toolman grows that long frond of hair on one side of his head. Ahhh the 80's
Reply with quote I recon Tommy you could get that icon used by those Bloggers that have all those thin icons on their sites.

If you haven't heard who Joe Clark and Jakob Neilson are running scared of now then you've been in the dark ages; it's Tommy Olsson the new Accessibility Guru taking the internet by storm and touching the hearts of the masses with his new radical Accessibility Testing Methodology bringing power at last to the disabled surfer.

I have to apologise Tommy - The "Toolman Tested" button has been cropped in such a way so that it does look like you are spearheading a Spandau Ballet revival Smile
