Chat Program for Blinds
Greetings,
I am new in designing a GUI for visually disabled people. Being a beginner I need somewhere to start with. Any reference, sample app, any resource.
I have a few ideas, however I want to research and refine my thoughts before implementing them. Kindly help me.

can u tell me where i can find the information about how does JAWS read the text?

Is chat really necessary?
How about using skype or like video chat? Or voice chat?
I think these one are more suitable for the visually impaired.
