Providing User-ability to Change Colors
I have searched on the Web to have a code allowing my site visitors to change the foreground and background color. I have successfully enabled it on my WordPress Multisite (a domain with one sub-domain) in shape of drop-down menus. Can someone please tell me whether WACG tells to provide both of the options to change background color and change foreground color to the user? Or I can just provide a few selection of color themes to select? Which one will be better? You can look the code and working of my current color work at http://www.omabc.com.
Please reply as soon as possible. Thanking you in anticipation,

I think it is acceptable to provide white on black and black on white options.
In terms of WCAG 2.0, see the sufficient techniques for 1.4.8 - visual presentation.

Thanks for your prompt reply. However, I want to know which option will I provide on my Website:
1. A preset of colors set by me. User can select any option to change the color theme of my Website.
OR
2. Option to select any color as foreground color or background color by the users on my Website.
Let me clarify: Currently, I have enabled visitors on my Website to change both Background Color and Foreground color separately. User can select any one on his/her own choice. The default color are foreground as black and background as white. However in this situation, one problem may arise frequently. Suppose user selects black as background color then nothing will be visible until he selects light or white color as foreground.
So I want to know which option to provide the number 1 or 2. Please reply specifically as I got confused when I read the clunky and vast set of WACG Guidelines at W3C.
Your current solution is a sufficient WCAG 2.0 technique - providing a multi color selection tool.
But as long as your default colours have sufficient contrast, and users can override the colours using their browser settings, you should be fine anyway.
