There are various issues, I'm afraid. They can all be fixed, of course.
Just a few things to kick off:

Just a few things to kick off:
- No Headings (which are necessary to give the pages structure)
- Form labels are not associated with the various elements
- Links do not change appearance on focus, so someone tabbing through the site wouldn't be able to easily tell where they are
- The animated banner could be distracting and should, at least, come with an option to pause
